It is time for my March obsessions and unfavorites! At the end of each month, I will start showing you the things that I have been obsessing about and the things that I did not like. My obsessions and unfavorites will consist of a variety of different things. Here are some of my favorite and unfavorite things of the month.
Obsessions
1.) Ankle Strap flats from Forever 21: I know they look like a basic black flat that you can find anywhere, but theses flats actually fit my feet! I have the hugest problem with shoes. It is nearly impossible to go shoe shopping for me because one of my feet are almost a whole size larger than the other one. Did I mention I also have a very narrow foot and a high arch? I am a shoe salesman's worst nightmare. The struggle is very real. I've been looking for a good black flat forever and these shoes are both cute and comfortable.
2.) Keebler Chips Deluxe Mini Rainbow Cookies: I am absolutely obsessed with these cookies! These are my new go to junk food snack. They are so delicious and remind me of my childhood. I like getting the 12 pack travel packages so I do not end up eating all of the cookies in one sitting (yes it has happened). The cookies are kinda hard to find, they are not at every grocery store. So when I find them, I stock up and buy 4 boxes. The obsession is going strong.
3.) Anastasia Brow Whiz Pencil in Medium Ash: I love the bold brow trend that is appearing everywhere lately. I have been craving a bold brow myself, but I could not find a brow pencil that looked go on me and looked natural. The Anastasia brow pencil does just that! It matches my natural hair color and looks great on. It is easy to apply and does not break while applying like other brow pencils I have tried. It is a bit pricy, but it is definitely worth it!
4.) Tickets to the Lana Del Rey Concert in April: I am a huge fan of Lana Del Rey. When I heard that she was going to be in Texas for a concert, I had to get tickets. I woke up at seven in the morning to make sure I got tickets to the concert. I am so pumped for the concert in April.
5.) Leighannsays Youtube Beauty Vlogger: Lately, I have been obsessed with Youtube beauty vlogger Leighannsays. Whenever I need tips on how to do my makeup and what beauty products to buy, her videos are the first ones I watch. She gives great makeup tutorials and shows you step by step how to get the perfect makeup look. Most of the products she uses are drugstore products, which is a huge plus for a broke college student like myself. Her videos are entertaining and she adds a sense of humor to her tutorials. 6.) Maybelline Line Stiletto Ultimate Precision Liquid Eyeliner in Blackest Black: This is my only unfavorite of the month. This is by far the worst eyeliner I have ever tried. The tip of the eyeliner is too flimsy and is hard to apply. After applying the product to your eyelid, the formula of the product dries weird. I spent 20 minutes applying eyeliner and fixing the way it applied on my eyelid.
